GMAP Talk, Networking Reception, and Program Information Session

Uncategorized

GMAP invites you to attend a talk on climate change, learn more about the program, and network with our students and faculty!

The Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP) invites you to attend a presentation and reception on Thursday, January 16, 2020, from 5-7PM at the St. Ermin's Hotel:

Can the 2020 UK climate meeting salvage the diplomatic wreckage of the failed negotiations in Madrid in 2019?

Presented by Professors William Moomaw and Charles Chester (both teach Global Environmental Diplomacy in the GMAP curriculum)

Following the talk will be a brief program information session about GMAP. This is a great opportunity to get a sampling of the GMAP experience by observing a talk given by faculty and networking with GMAP students.

Program:

5:00-5:15PM: Registration and Welcome

5:15-6:15PM: Talk and Discussion: Can the 2020 UK climate meeting salvage the diplomatic wreckage of the failed negotiations in Madrid in 2019?
