The Health Innovation Ecosystem (HIE) is an interdisciplinary team at the University of Westminster working to define and measure health, innovate change, and enable efficient hospital and primary care. At this event, you will learn more about work on health innovation at the University of Westminster and opportunities to work with us. The event will include presentations and displays of recent and current projects undertaken by staff and students at the University, often in collaboration with external organisations.
Tentative Programme
- 5.30-6.00 pm: Registration
- 6.00-6.50 pm: Presentations
- Welcome, Dr Peter Bonfield, Vice-Chancellor and President, University of Westminster
- Introduction to the HIE, Prof Thierry Chaussalet, HIE Director
- Invited Address, Nigel Edwards, Chief Executive, Nuffield Trust
- Presentations of HIE themes: Optimal Health, Health Studies and Psychosocial Studies of Health, Social Prescribing, Resilience, and Health and Social Care Modelling
- 6.50-8.00 pm: Food/drink reception and networking
