How to Create Your Perfect 3-Minute Elevator Pitch

“How does she do that?” If you’ve ever uttered these words when witnessing a colleague introduce herself to that VIP in an elevator or event, or whilst listening to a speaker who captivated the audience with a brilliant opener from minute one, you are not alone. 

So often you wish you could be as good at highlighting your expertise and ability as someone else. You wish you didn’t get so nervous. You wish you could be more prepared for every opportunity. You wish you could stand up with confidence and convey your idea succinctly and compellingly in order to achieve buy-in or to influence an action or decision. 

At VoXo we believe that ‘Everyone has a Voice’ and we are committed to helping more women build the skills and confidence to speak in public - at meetings, conferences, and other events. At our networking seminar on 7 November, we’ll be sharing tips and techniques to help you achieve your Perfect Pitch, so that others will look at you and wonder “how does she do that?” 

At the event, you’ll:

1. Hear from Sarah Wood, founder, Unruly; and Victoria Raffe, former head of authorisations at the FCA, and The Times NED of the Year
2. Have the opportunity to study some spectacular speakers and learn their tricks
3. Learn how to structure your pitch, make it succinct, relevant and compelling, and how to fuel it with passion in order to influence and captivate your audience.
