During the IGP Lebanon Week, we will be hosting an in-person talk and networking event where we will explore how volunteering can help social enterprises accelerate their impact in the UK and Lebanon. The event will feature inspiring talks, engaging panel discussions, and networking opportunities with refreshments. You will have the chance to meet like-minded individuals and exchange ideas on contributing towards youth empowerment, community engagement, and impact measurement.

Ali Omar Ali is a Lebanese citizen with a master's in marketing and cinematography. Since 2013, he has been a part-time drama teacher, organizing events and facilitating leadership programs. In 2017, he founded the Lebanese Spotlight youth-led NGO (LSL), which engages in youth matters through volunteering, community service, and youth empowerment. Ali also works with organizations like "Himaya" and "World Vision" for child protection. As a citizen scientist with Procol Lebanon, he provides workshops on empowering youth, collaborating with UNDP-YLP and UNODC. Ali engages in humanitarian activities and has organized Ramadan Hawejiz, sports events, and community-building workshops. He has built a community of 300 volunteer youth who meet weekly as change-makers in their society.
Fast Forward 2030 UK is a London-based community of impact entrepreneurs that hosts bi-monthly events to support innovation and peer-to-peer learning for entrepreneurs committed to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We aim to inspire sustainable prosperity by bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, sustainability professionals, students, and academics.
