Join us for the inaugural HR Connective event on Tuesday 28 January 2020 – the first in a new series of informal HR learning and networking events focused on the importance of joined-up HR thinking throughout organisations, hosted by HR software provider CIPHR.

Refreshments will be provided. Places are limited so we recommend you register early.

Guest speakers

Josh Willows, head of corporate sales at recruitment software firm Broadbean, will share how to harness the power of social advocacy in recruitment strategies – including how to nurture social advocates to help create and reinforce your employer brand, and to create a referral scheme that provides value to candidates beyond mere job opportunities.

Nadine Furlong and Liz Phelan of storytelling consultancy Ugly Features will be sharing their expertise on how to use your people to tell your organisation’s story and build your brand. They’ll make the case for making video a core part of your storytelling and social media efforts, because this format showcases the human face of your organisation and will help you attract more high-quality applicants to your vacancies.
