Welcome to our first HumanHR meet up of the year!

This one is more intimate than the last few, and with that, the format will be adapted to suit. What we’re looking for is to have some valuable group discussions around your people roadmaps for the next 12-18 months, and how you’re planning on adapting your working practices for a more flexible workforce. Expect to meet new people, share some insights from your own experience and learn something from others!

6:40- 7:20 pm The 2020 people agenda | Kate Rand- sharing insights into trends for the next 18 months, and group discussions on what is or isn’t on your 2020 people roadmaps. Expect to share your own thoughts & come away with some ideas for your own business’ people agenda.

7:40 - 8pm TBD Play Consult- Using technology for developing high-performance cultures

8-8:40pm Flex Appeal | Even the queen’s speech stated the 9-5 is on its way out. But what does that really mean? What is the difference between flexible working, agile working and distributed models? How does IR35 impact this aspirational approach, culturally?
