This is a free training session produced by McAndrew Leadership on International Development and the Sustainable Development Goals.

The London Muslim Centre is hosting a free training session on International Development and the Sustainable Development Goals in collaboration with McAndrew Leadership.

McAndrew Leadership, is a leading third-sector consulting firm, who stand by these goals and believe that working through their objectives will lead to a bright future for generations to come.

This course is tailored for international development professionals wishing to learn more about the collaborative goals of the UN. It will be held at London Muslim Centre on Wednesday 23rd October at 5pm followed by a buffet dinner.

Our trainers will be;

Dr. Husna Ahmad, OBE. CEO of international aid and development organisation Global One.

Dr Ahmad sits on the Steering Committee of The World Bank’s Moral Imperative Initiative. She is the Secretary General of the World Muslim Leadership Forum and the UN-appointed coordinator for the Alliance of NGOs and CSOs of the South-South Cooperation.

Saif Ahmad, former Chief Executive Officer of Al-Khair Foundation, Muslim Aid and Islamic Help.

Saif has worked over 35 years spanning from local and central government, as well as in the private and voluntary sectors. He now operates his own consultancy firm, McAndrew Leadership and Executive Coaching, to share his knowledge to support and build organisations like yours.

Alice Troiano, General Manager of McAndrew Leadership.

Alice has recently graduated from the London School of Economics and collaborates with Global One to advise on strategy and HR Management. Her academic and professional career have been focused on improving the means through which the charity sector engages with the SDGs for a more sustainable future.
