LCC Graduate Futures Speed Networking

Curious about carees in media and design? This speed networking event, brought to you by LCC's Graduate Futures team, is the perfect opportunity to make contacts with experts in the field. Gain expert advice, ask the questions you have always wanted to and discover which paths are out there...all in just two hours!

The event is open to final year LCC BA students, current LCC MA students and LCC graduates 0-3 years out of education. The event will take place at the College on 24th April and will kick off with drinks from 5.30pm, followed by networking from 6-8pm. Students will be allocated groups and will have fifteen minites with each of our industry advisors.

Advisors include:

Graphic Designer Lily Forbes - Lily is a former UAL Graphic Design Communication student turned in-house designer with experience spanning brand, visual identity, editorial and digital design. Outside of work, Lily freelances and works as a design assistant for an established visual artist.

Senior New Business and Marketing Executive Richard Afun - Richard studied Advertising at UAL before embarking on a successful career at Iris. Richard's areas of expertise cover leadership, business reasoning, and project execution.

InSitu founder Maggie O’Regan - Maggie is an experienced creative mentor specialised in the fine art market with an in-depth knowledge of photography and printmaking. Maggie's knowledge base additionally spans painting, sculpture, animation, illustration, contemporary media cultures, art logistics, graphic design, ceramics, mixed media, printmaking and art history.

Product and Experience Design Manager Tuesday de Mairt - Tuesday is an LCC mentor with an exceptional professional track record in crafting digital products and immersive experiences at EY Seren.
