Le Wagon x Diversita: Neurodiversity in Tech Panel Talk & Networking

Le Wagon stands committed to championing diversity, actively nurturing an inclusive atmosphere within the tech community. We proudly collaborate with Diversita for an evening exploring neurodiversity issues in the tech industry with a panel talk, Q&A and networking session.

Tech companies must champion inclusivity by creating environments that embrace neurodiversity. This involves recognising and accommodating different cognitive styles, providing tailored support, and dismantling barriers to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute their best. Neurodivergent individuals bring unique perspectives and problem-solving approaches that can be invaluable in tackling complex challenges. We look forward to exploring these issues in detail with our community.

The event is also a chance to visit the Le Wagon London campus, meet our staff and other likeminded individuals who either work or are looking to gain knowledge about working in tech.
