Leading Routes Presents: Professor Jason Arday’s Inaugural Lecture

Community & Culture

Our first event of the academic year will be a space to celebrate Prof Arday & Black scholarship more broadly with friends and colleagues!

We are so excited to kick off our first event of the academic year in collaboration with Wellcome to host the inaugural lecture for our Leading Routes social sciences lead, Professor Jason Arday.

This is a chance for us to catch up with friends and colleagues that many of us have not seen in person over the past two years. Everyone from our vast and interdisciplinary scholarly community is welcome to join us for a free event with food and drink to celebrate Black scholarship.

Whether you are working, thinking, or studying within or outside of the university, this event has been curated to create a space for celebration, hope and optimism..

This is our first major in-person event since 2020 so we will be providing attendees with updates on what our team has been working on, and our events and activities for the academic year ahead!
