The local digital community meetup is a networking event, hosted by TPXimpact. Our goal is to promote the 'local digital commonsโ - the best practice projects helping to โfix the plumbing' of local public services - and to better network everyone working on this important mission.
If you're working to promote radically new, standards-based models and tools for local public services - whether in local or central government, or the private or third sectors - we want to collaborate with you!
Weโll alternate our meet-ups between London and beyond to get together and share notes on some of the most promising exemplars in systems change, projects that are helping us move towards more user-friendly, flexible and impactful local public services.
We'll curate a handful of lightning talks on emergent design patterns, common standards or standards-based products, and record them for anyone in the community to access later.
We also invite your content suggestions through the registration link. It will take us all to deliver on the aspiration of the Local Digital Declaration, and we're eager to do our part in convening this vital community.
