Join us this January for our London CTOs panel. With experienced CTOs on stage, we will discuss different approaches for tackling the challenges tech startups face. After answering common questions we know from the field, we will have plenty of time to answer all your questions about tech and tech-management.
Agenda:
18:30 - Networking
19:00- CTO panel.
19:30 - Extended Q&A.
20:30 - Networking
Our panelists:
- James Bradley: James has spent the last 12 years founding, growing and sometimes selling tech companies as a technical co-founder or first technical hire. Himself and with teams of developers, James has built products from AI-powered chatbots and on-demand b2b marketplaces to live video chat platforms and media curation algorithms.
- Oliver Kraus: Oliver has been writing code for over 20 years, and spent 8 years as a startup CTO before becoming a freelance consulting CTO. Over the past year he was advising companies on how to plan, execute and maintain their technologies, as well as interviewing, managing, mentoring and encouraging technical teams.
- Ralph Stenzel: After building computer games in his spare time in the 80s and developing software and hardware in university, Ralph gathered over 20 years of experience in managing technical teams and projects, ranging from big corporates to early stage startups, including activities like data warehousing, system integration, project rescue, distributed team and outsourcing management in 15 countries and being a co-founder, mentor and hackathon judge as well as workshop tutor. He can also be found as hip hop DJ or remixing Japanese rap tunes.
- Wesley Hall: Wesley has spent the last 20 years as a technical leader building and supporting complex software projects for both startups and large enterprises. As co-founder and CTO of London based AI start-up Signal Media, he helped grow the company from the "3 guys in a garage" clichΓ©, through a VC backed seed round and to a series-A. Signal was listed by Bloomberg as one of the most innovative companies in the UK in 2016. He recently stepped down from a CTO position at e-learning startup, learnerbly.com to create his own development consultancy and has held senior positions at eBay, Gumtree and Fab.com.
