Chris’ speech will cover important current affairs, specifically taking a look at how The Federal Reserve has committed to prolonging the US economic expansion, yet prospects of a US and global recession linger.Β Chris will discuss the most insightful economic indicators that define his outlook for a policy response, and shape the background for volatility in financial markets.Β 

After Chris’ speech, you’ll have the opportunity to interact and develop important relationships with Pepperstone and fellow guests.

About Chris Weston:

With over 19 years of experience in the industry, Chris previously held positions at IG, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley in both research and sales and trading roles and across retail and institutional clients.

Over his extensive career, Chris has gained expert exposure to the FX, equities and fixed income markets, which puts him in a unique position to provide highly-recognised key insights, research, ideas and risk-management strategies

Chris is also a well-respected media figure and regularly appears on Bloomberg, CNBC and Sky News. Chris holds a graduate certificate in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and currently undertaking his Masters.
