London UK Aid Ninja Training

Charity & Causes

Are you interested in taking action to protect international development?

Media headlines are increasingly attacking UK overseas aid. We’re told that we can’t help people at home if we help people in need abroad, UK aid doesn’t work, and the British public don't support it. These messages then spread even further on social media, but they are simply not true.

It’s time to answer back. We’re pulling together a team of activists (codename: UK Aid Ninjas), to respond to these attacks effectively, and testify to the importance of UK aid.

We want to use the power of social and traditional media to challenge lazy clichés, educate misinformed critics, and amplify passionate and knowledgeable voices. We want to change the conversation on aid and development - so we're hosting a training for UK aid supporters.

You’ll learn the simple answers to seemingly complex questions, hear from people who work in the sector, find out how our team of UK Aid Ninjas will work, and meet like-minded people ready to stand up for aid!

Snacks and refreshments will be provided, we hope to see you there!
