Join us in celebrating the end of Guglielmo Alfarone's artist residency over drinks and a special exhibition of the artwork he has produced in the artist studio at the Bankside Hotel. Guglielmo, who will be the artist in residence at Bankside Hotel's studio from the middle of April 2021, will talk about the unique experience of working from the Bankside Hotel studio, the artwork he has produced, answer questions about his practice and share with guests his artist residency experience.
Guglielmo Alfarone is part of an ever-changing programme of artists in residence at Bankside Hotel’s maker's studio. Bankside provides a permanent creative space and working with curators Contemporary Collective champion up-and-coming creatives, covering a wide range of disciplines including design, painting, sculpture, film, drawing, printmaking, installation, new media and photography. During their stay, Bankside guests are able to watch artists practice their creative expertise and so be taken on an informative and artistic journey.
