myHRparty 02.10.19 London

Business & Professional

Join us this October, as we join forces with Investors in People for the best HR party of the year!

We will be welcoming Dean Aston, People & Performance Director – Systems, Services & People Analytics at Babylon as our guest speaker! Dean joined Babylon in 2017 and went on to scale the Talent Acquisition capability that hired over 1,000 in 12 months during 2017-2018. Since then, he has been promoted into a Global HR Operations role that sets the agenda for transforming our HR services and data analytics functions underscored by a step-change in our HRIS systems. He is an avid supporter of using technology to predict future performance and an advocate for utilising data to influence all decision-making.

Dean will be talking about thr importance of systems and operations when going through “hyper growth”. Why data insights are so important to determine where to invest capital and attention. Why resilience, grit and emotional intelligence are far better indicators for success than testing purely for IQ and academic grades.

myHRparty is informal networking for aspiring & inspiring HR professionals. Meet passionate HR professionals from all backgrounds & levels for industry leading HR debate, career advice and inspiration; all over a beer or two. Anyone with a passion for the future of HR, and supporting the development of others welcome.
