New Ways Of Working

Business & Professional

In this session, we will be looking at how we help organizations and their teams navigate new ways of working through design

WOD Presents a thought-provoking presentation and discussion about how we can help our clients in navigating the new ways of working.

Starting with a presentation by thought-leader Kay Sargent, Director of Workplace Design, HOK, Washington DC, we will look at frameworks and tactics to help increase employee engagement. Followed by a discussion with a panel of designers and change management consultants.

Title: Behaviours Derailing New Ways of Working

Brief:

It’s important to note that hybrid working is more of an operational model than a workplace solution. And if companies don’t put in the hard work to make it effective, it could be the worst of both – where people commute in to sit on Zoom calls all day; or people locking themselves in a room to do focused work all day. No space can resolve or address bad behaviours. Hence, we need to take a look at our existing behaviours that hold us back - what are we doing and how to help enable or disable the β€˜new ways of work’ revolution.

In this session, we will be looking at how we help organizations and their teams navigate new ways of working and avoid the 12 bad workplace behaviours that can sabotage success. We’ll share insights, leadership frameworks, tactics and recommendations to address these behaviours with the aim to give leaders a roadmap to help increase productivity and employee engagement.
