Gender balance in defence will not happen by chance. It will require a concerted effort across the enterprise to change the overall dynamics, make defence a better place for women and men and ultimately, improve the output of defence.
So what can you, as an individual, do to help address the stubborn barriers to improving inclusion and diversity in defence?
This event, hosted in partnership between Leidos, TechUK and Women in Defence UK, will explore the role that mentoring, coaching and career sponsorship can play to improve gender balance in defence. The event will include a panel discussion and networking drinks with the speakers and attendees.
