People and Dancefloors: Narratives of Drug-taking
Join us for the launch of People and Dancefloors! A short film made by and with people engaged in drug and club culture.
Based on collaborative research between a filmmaker, an activist, project participants, and researcher Dr Giulia Zampini, People and Dancefloors is a wider engagement project that aims to provide a platform to voice drug users’ experiences and spark debate about drug policy.
Reception and screening: Drinks and Nibbles will be provided in the Heritage Gallery, Queen Anne Room 077 from 6.30pm, followed by the film screening and panel in Queen Anne Room 080 from 7.30pm.
Please note that this is a free ticketed event and all attendees must present their ticket on arrival.
