Business & Professional

Learn from industry experts everything there is to know about managing people operations and HR.

If you work in Business Operations, you'll know that it's an all-encompassing role with a seemingly never-ending to-do list. From people to processes, nothing seems to fall outside your remit – meaning that you find yourself juggling tasks that span everything from managing HR processes to reviewing performances, even though you might not have HR experience.

We’ve brought together some of the leading experts in HR and Operations, to supercharge your knowledge and take your HR skills to the next level.

The night will involve networking and drinks, followed by a panel discussion, where the hot topic will be: how to manage people ops when you’re not an HR expert.

Special guest speakers:

Darren Bates-Hirst, VP of People at Tide Banking - Darren has a wealth of HR experience, heading up HR at Millenial Media, Love Home Swap, and most recently Tide Banking, one of LinkedIn’s Top 25 Startups in the UK.

Nick Miller, Managing Director, UK at PayFit - Having founded multiple companies from EatFirst to BuzzHire where he was CEO for 4 years, Nick is currently the UK Managing Director of PayFit, an integrated payroll and HR Management software startup - so he is an expert in automating HR processes.
