Before the Christmas period, we gathered at Brainlabs HQ to explore the synergies of SEO and PPC. In January, we’re kicking off the new year with a celebration of women in digital who will be sharing how they overcome barriers, whether in their career or personal life to be the successful business women they are now.

Here at Brainlabs, digital is our heartbeat and diversity is what keeps it pumping! The rapid advancements of technology in recent years has presented a multitude of exciting new opportunities, and women have been instrumental in this constantly evolving sector. We are in an era where equality and diversity is celebrated however, statistics show there is still plenty of work to do!

At the current rate of progress, it will take another 108 years to reach gender parity, according to the World Economic Forum’s most recent Global Gender Gap report. However, female underrepresentation is something we, at Brainlabs, strive to challenge. We’ve always been dedicated to gender equality within our company, as shown in our eradication of gender pay gap, 52% of our workforce is female, and women occupy 55% of the senior positions in our company.
