Purpose at Work, how does it affect wellbeing?
This debate will cover the need for employees of having a purpose in their work and feeling that what they are doing is worthwhile. Purpose is getting more and more attention in the business world, as new generations are making it clear they are looking to work as a source of meaning and fulfilment. So, how can employers engage their employees to improve their happiness, wellbeing and productivity? Our debate will share the views of our panellists on the importance of vision, culture, connection, CSR and the workplace as a canvass for demonstrating these values.
