Show Two: Design and Screen

Marking a moment of clarity in the journeys of our graduating students, our Postgraduate Shows provide a window into intense periods of learning and experimentation – bringing into focus the future of Design, Media and Screen.

Throughout their time at London College of Communication (LCC), our emerging creatives have developed a range of specialist skills and perspectives that have supported them to more clearly define both their practice and point of view.

Show Two: Design and Screen brings together the heritage and future-thinking of our Design and Screen Schools to celebrate both traditional and emerging approaches.

From graphic design and branding to communication and interaction design, our Design students have produced work that builds on aesthetic traditions while embracing change and innovation. Their projects harness the power of design practice, thinking and research to confront major global challenges, imagining alternative realities in ways that excite and inspire.

Our Screen students use sight, sound and moving image to generate immersive experiences across areas ranging from screenwriting, film, television, documentary and sound arts to animation, games design, visual effects and virtual reality. Their projects reflect life within a community connected by collaboration – dedicated to the development of screen-based practices, technologies and theories, and of powerful narratives, bravely told.

As our Design and Screen practitioners find new ways to represent, interrogate and generate forms and experiences, join us in celebrating their powerful creative ambition through work that reflects the energy and dynamism of a world in motion.
