See It Be It is the initiative developed and funded by Cannes Lions, working towards equal representation across the industry. The programme supports the next generation of female creative directors. It accelerates their careers and inspires and supports others on their journey. Attendance on the programme is free for 15 carefully selected applicants each year. Applications open on Wednesday 27 November.
