Simplifying the climate crisis - and a possible solution

Is the climate crisis simply too complex to be solved?  There is a simpler way to look at the crisis and it points to a profound and far-reaching solution!

There are many reasons why we are failing to rise to the challenge of the climate crisis, and the issues and solutions we hear on the news do not go to the core of the problem.  You may be surprised to know that it is not only the obvious “bad guys” who are stopping us from taking the action we need to keep our home planet safe and protect the people we care about and our jobs.  

This talk outlines the simple ideas that can deliver the massive transformation needed to impact the climate crisis.  The ideas are simple, and by enabling all people to work to a shared goal, they will create a sea change in positive impact and opportunities for everyone.  For those interested reading more about what a Global New Deal against Climate Catastrophe might look like check-out Sacha's blog.

The BSMT Urban Art gallery will host the talks as part of its two-part exhibition: DYSTOPIA and UTOPIA, in light of the climate crisis.  The gallery and its art will be a platform to interrogate our warming world; the exhibitions will explore the possible futures we may encounter, embodying the zeitgeist we are all experiencing now.  We will donate a percentage of all art sales to Extinction Rebellion in support of the brave work they are doing.  More on the exhibition can be found here.
