SLTN Forum 01: QI Masterclass

Other

Come and join us for the first of our SLTN Forum series - quarterly evening learning events, free for South London trainees (with dinner provided!), where we'll be inviting exciting speakers from across the medical landscape to share their expertise and join a discussion about training in the region. In addition to the keynote speaker, each Forum we'll hear about two widely-relevant QI projects from the trainees who made them happen.

On the 9th September we are thrilled to be joined by Dr Bob Klaber - paediatrician and deputy Medical Director at Imperial College Healthcare, where he’s set up a quality improvement programme. We’ll also be joined by the doctors behind our poster prize winning QI projects at the SLTN Conference earlier this year. In the spirit of the new series, for our launch event, Dr Klaber will lead a one-off ‘QI masterclass’ – exploring with our presenters the challenges and rewards they faced along their projects’ journeys.

A hot buffet dinner will be served after the talks, and the SLTN committee will hold a short open committee meeting at the end of the evening which all trainees are encouraged to attend.

When: 9th September 2019, 6.30pm – 8.30pm, registration from 6pm
