Second of our series of events on startups . During the first event, the founders of Ping Express and Seedlinks were our key speakers.
Digitalise Africa Initiative is a non-profit organisation with over one thousand members. We are a collection of digital technology professionals cutting across all professions within the digital technology space. Our common goal is to use our skills for the development of Africa via four objectives - networking for business, career and mentoring; project ideas and implementation; recognising and applauding our unsung technology heroes; events and evangelism to hear from experts, mingle and discuss the other three objectives.
Our next event for 11th December will, due to popular demand, again have a speaker on startups, but this time focussing on "secrets to securing funds for your startup idea". The other half of the event will be used to build backlog of ideas that can potentially be implemented for Africa using our skills. We will party and mingle a little as it is Christmas.
