For our December Customer Success Showcase, join Hamish Wood and Catherine Staite from GoCardless as they share the good, bad, and ugly of building an award-winning customer advocacy programme through strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration πŸ’ͺ

Hamish leads the Customer Experience and Advocacy team at GoCardless, which prides itself on putting customers at the heart of everything while balancing the business's commercial outcomes.

Catherine has set up and scaled the GoCardless Customer Advocacy Growth Loop with the help of her team, producing over 40 stories in 18 months and delivering a measurable ROI back into the business. Catherine believes in driving mutual value through storytelling - the best stories happen when everyone involved is invested in delivering an impact together.

The event kicks off at the GoCardless London office at 6pm on Wednesday 30th November and will follow the below agenda:
