Swap Rules
1. Dedicated clothes banks will be provided for your office reception
2. You can submit up to 5 items per person
3. Name tags will be provided for each clothing item submitted
4. Coupons will be assigned to your name subject to the quantity &
value of items submitted
5. On arrival at the event you will be given your coupons to exchange
for swapped items
6. On the night of the event there will be the opportunity to purchase
items
7. You cannot claim your original items unless they have not been
swapped by the end of the event
8. Any leftover items will be donated to charity or consolidated into the
next swap events stash
