The event starts at 4:15pm with a drinks reception and opportunity to view information about nominees for the Education Awards, Academic Rep of the Year Awards and Student Choice Awards.

17.00 | Welcome from UCL and Students’ Union UCL

Professor Kathleen Armour, Vice-Provost (Education & Student Experience) for UCL and Hamza Ahmed, Education Officer for Students’ Union UCL will be welcoming staff, students and guest to start our evening of celebration.

17.20 | Student Choice Awards Presentation

The first set of awards this evening are chosen by our students. We will announce the incredible staff who have won the Student Choice Awards across the nine categories. Get ready for the excitement!

17.40 | UCL Provost Education Awards Presentation

We will announce the individual and teams from the UCL Education Awards who have been truly exceptional to win a Provost’s Education Award this year.

18.05 | Academic Rep of the Year Award Presentation

There are eleven faculty awards for Academic Reps of the Year. The overall winner of the UCL Academic Rep of the Year 2023 award will also be announced.

18.20 | Refreshments and Entertainment

Please take the time to enjoy the refreshments and entertainment, and check out the exhibition in the North and South Cloisters which showcases the great work of those nominated for an award this evening.
