The Workr Group, Work.Life and Tide are hosting this event to help promote wellbeing at work among freelancers and the start-up community.

Looking after your mental health and managing your energy levels is massively important when working for yourself, so we invite you to this exciting event brought to you by The Workr Group where we'll discuss tools to help you stay motivated, healthy and happy at work.

The Workr Group is a specialist provider of accountancy, tax and umbrella employment solutions for freelancers and start-ups. They've collaborated with ChasingProjects's Chevy Rough bringing you this event to ignite new thoughts on how to adapt to the demands of being self-employed or starting up your own business.

With freelancers all at the heart of their businesses, The Workr Group are delighted to partner with Work.Life and Tide in hosting this free event at Work.Life's new Soho coworking space.
