Transport for London Supplier Awards 2019 - Sponsors

We would like you to join us on 27 November for an exclusive networking drinks reception which will be attended by TfL Directors, including the Commissioner, Mike Brown.

As a sponsor, three people from your organisation are invited. Please arrive promptly for the reception to begin at 18:30.

The awards are our opportunity to recognise the outstanding work our suppliers do to keep London moving. We will be celebrating the successes in our supply chain and recognising our Suppliers’ achievements.

To confirm your attendance at the awards, please RSVP no later than 23:59 on 25 October 2019. If you are confirming the attendance on someone else’s behalf, please register the full name and email details of the person/s attending on the night. When registering for tickets, please register for one ticket at a time ensuring you enter the full name and email address of each attendee.

What time should I arrive?

Registration and sparkling reception begins at 18:45 and the presentation of awards will begin at 19:15.

How do I get to the Event?

The London Transport Museum is a short walk away from:

Covent Garden Station (Piccadilly Line) - 2 Minutes

Charing Cross Station (South Eastern, Bakerloo & Northern Line) - 7 Minutes

Temple Station (Circle & District Line) - 10 Minutes

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

It’s really important that the name on the ticket matches the person in attendance. If you experience any problems registering the correct name or need to change the person attending then please email [email protected].

I have a food allergy - how can I make you aware before the event?

Can I take photos at the event?

Photography is allowed at the event, however no professional camera equipment will be allowed. TfL will have photographer present on the evening and we will be able to share photos taken on the night.

Will there be a cloakroom at the event?

Yes - there will be a cloakroom available.
