As the war in Ukraine continues it calls into question the role of international actors. How much power do these actors have and what does that mean for this war? How will the future of foreign policy change based on these actions?

Brooks Newmark is a research associate and visiting academic at the University of Oxford, and a former politician who held a number of senior roles in the UK parliament over the course of a decade. In his political career and beyond, Brooks has campaigned to end the plight of homelessness and dedicated his career to building strong and healthy communities.
Aliona Hlivco is currently a political risk analyst and a contributor at Chatham House Russia and Eurasia Programme roundtables along with being a former MP in Ukraine.
Ben Freeman is a creative industry professional, analyst and social media / subculture specialist.
Jonathan Boseley (moderator) has experience working in many successful media organisations running media networks while focusing on developing market leading content and narrative strategies. Currently, he is finishing his MA at KCL focused around Russian foreign policy, terrorism and national security.
