Age UK Camden's 'Always walking alongside' C19 Camden Community response

We are delighted to personally invite you to a private viewing of our upcoming multimedia Photographic Exhibition at Samsung KX in Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross. As someone who has been such a great advocate and supporter of the work we do, we would be honoured if you could join us. The exhibition features powerful images taken by award-winning photographer Julian Claxton which recognise the Camden communityโ€™s response to the Coronavirus outbreak and captures Age UK Camdenโ€™s emergency relief efforts at the outset of the pandemic.

The narrative and images in the exhibition focus on the local people who made this response possible and is a thank you to everyone involved, including those from our organisation who put themselves at risk every day for the good of others to pack & source essential provisions for those who were unable to get food for themselves, the delivery drivers and those making regular phone calls and caring for older people stuck at home. We are very proud to display these achievements through a gallery of such impact-full imagery.

Our emergency response to the pandemic was made possible thanks to the incredible response from the public. We will therefore be holding a week-long public exhibition, bringing the images back to the community to show our gratitude and to recognise their efforts in those initial difficult months.
