What all founders should know about exits

Uncategorized

Investors live by exits, and in order to get you and your team paid, exits matter. We chat to three founders about their exits.

Investors live by exits, they're vital to the health of London’s startup ecosystem, providing early investors the liquidity to reinvest in the next round of startups.

But it's not just investors, in order to get you and your team paid, exits matter, so an exit is something that everyone can aspire to…

Some exits are big wins for all, some are small wins, and some simply cut losses. During this event, we’ll chat to three founders who've recently exited to find out how the exit came about, why they chose to exit and what happned next. We'll explore how you can best position your company for an exit, understand how long it can realistically take, the due diligence process, and – importantly – having a Plan B if the buyer walks away at the last minute (it happens all too often).
