Women In Business: The Role of Emotions in Leadership

Uncategorized

King's Business School is delighted to be partnering with City Women Network for an inspirational evening celebrating women in business, with a focus on The Role of Emotions in Leadership.

This session will look at how emotions, which often have negative connotations in organisations, can be used as a tool by leaders, generating positive outcomes.

Dr. Budjanovcanin’s research in this area focuses on the underlying mechanisms of how emotions can be harnessed in the workplace and the strategies through which leaders can use these to enhance performance, effect change and manage stress at work.

Join us on the 8th floor of Bush House to hear from Dr. Alexandra Budjanovcanin, Lecturer in Work Psychology and Human Resources Management at King's Business School, followed by drinks and canapes with fellow alumni and members of the City Women Network.
