Women in Tax: Intersectionality – "Eye Can't See a Problem"

Women in Tax: Intersectionality – "Eye Can't See a Problem"

In this event, Dr Ope Lori founder and Director of PILAA, will take the audience on a journey of provocations around our understandings of difference, diversity and inclusion. Eye Can’t See A Problem, aims to unpack individual and collective belief systems, looking at how we make sense of categories of difference; race, gender, sexuality, class, dis(ability) and those beyond the usual dogma.

What goes without saying and whose voices are heard in the workplace? Who gets to speak and who is excluded? In this visual audience participatory event, you are invited to ruminate on what we think we know and the pre-conceptions we bring to the table.

This event is kindly sponsored by Hays who will kick off the evening with findings from their recent Diversity and Inclusion Report which throws up a host of challenges and opportunities for business leaders seeking to include diversity at the heart of their strategic agenda.
