How do you better navigate dyslexia in the workplace? Has your dyslexia become an excuse?

Youโ€™re invited to the Flynt Network official launch event #WorkplaceChronicles which will be hosted by The Telegraph, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

The keynote speaker Betty Encinales, is the founder of a FinTech recruitment company called BeCruit, a headhunter at Inspiring Search and the European commercial director of The Happiness Planner.

She will be followed by a discussion with our amazing panellists:

Asif Sadiq who is the head of diversity, inclusion and belonging for The Telegraph, and was formerly in similar roles at EY Financial Services and the City of London Police.

The Diverse Creative founder Remi Ray was recently listed as one of the top 50 neurodivergent women in the UK. Remi has bootstrapped two plus-size collections and has been nominated twice by Cosmopolitan Magazine.

Callum Heckstall-Smith is the head of communications and marketing for the British Dyslexia Association.

Entrepreneur Claud Williams is the founder and managing director of Dream Nation, a personal development brand designed for the 21st century.

Ben Cooke is a senior consultant in EYโ€™s Strategy Advisory practice, lead contributor to both EY Value of Dyslexia reportsโ€™ and the chair of EYโ€™s UK Dyslexia Community.

Chris Forrester is Chief Revenue Officer for The Telegraph responsible for all Advertising, Partnership and Commerce revenues. He has over 20 yearsโ€™ experience from some of the industry's biggest brands, most recently as Spotify UK Manager.

#WorkplaceChronicles will be hosted by Dior Bediako the founder of Pepper Your Talk, a careers platform for fashion students and graduates, and The Junior Network, a memberโ€™s club for young fashion professionals.
