Heart of Gold

Celebrating and exploring what’s at the heart of making Tanqueray No. TEN the benchmark gin it is today. We are currently in the golden age of bartending all around the world, with bartenders focusing more and more on not only the macro ingredients that go into their drinks, but the micro elements that make up the recipes for their spirits and liqueurs. These ingredients are not only important to making up the best spirits in the world, but important to making up the stories, the flavours and ultimately, the cocktails we create nightly.

Highballing

Discovering what is fast becoming one of the world’s favourite cocktail categories, the Highball, alongside learning a little more about the world’s favourite whisky, Johnnie Walker Black Label and how the two together are a match made in heaven. We will take a look at the history of the serve while also looking at how the world’s top bartenders are creating theirs, learning some of the secrets behind how they do it and how you, too, can create your own truly world class highballs.
