Please Note:

All hair appointments are dry styling only and anyone under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18 on the day of the event, ID is required on the day.

Any additional purchases on the day will be card payment only and cash will not be accepted on site.

You are responsible for all personal belongings during your time at the event.

What is the ghd x SkinnyDip event?

To celebrate the launch of the new ghd SS22 id Collection, an array of the ghd hero tools in a limited edition pastel hue colourway, ghd are partnering with SkinnyDip London to host a one day only in store event.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

You should arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled ticket time. On arrival please show your e-ticket to reception and check in.

Can I change the time of my appointment once I have already booked my ticket?

Ticket times are changeable subject to availability.

The name on your ticket can be changed up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Can I book tickets on the day?

Walk ins are available on the day, however there is limited availability, we would recommend pre-booking your appointment to prevent disappointment on the day.

Can I buy ghd products at the event?

The new ghd SS22 iD collection will be available to purchase on the day via card payment only. Should your product not be available on site you can shop this at ghd .

How long is the hair appointment?

Hair appointments are 30 minutes long.

How long are nail appointments?

Nail appointments are 20 minutes long.

What hair styles are offered at the ghd x SkinnyDip Event?

You will have the opportunity to select from a hairstyle menu on the day.

Are there any age restrictions?

If you are under the age of 18 years old, you need to be accompanied by a guardian who is 18+.

Can I get my hair washed at my hair appointment?

All hair styling appointments are dry styling only, hair washing and drying is not available at the event.

How do I make ghd aware of any health concerns, allergies or special assistance (e.g. wheelchair access) ahead of my appointment?

Please add a comment to your ticket booking with any information you wish to make the ghd team aware of ahead of your appointment.

You will also need to make your hair stylist aware of any health concerns, allergies or if you are pregnant at the beginning of your scheduled appointments.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will automatically be available to someone else.

Can I bring a friend with me to the event?

You will be able to bring friends to the event, however additional hair/nail appointments on the day will be subject to availability.

What COVID - 19 safety measures are in place?

Social distance measures will be in place at the event space. Each hair/nail station will be sanitised ahead of individual appointments. Hands sanitiser stations will be available throughout the space.Security team will be in place to ensure rules are adhered to by all attendees.

Can I bring my pet?

No animals are allowed in store.

Is there parking on site?

No parking is available on site.

Can I bring food and drink to the event?

Customers are not permitted to bring any food or drink on site, refreshments will be available on site.

Alcohol is not permitted.
