Private View: 'Paradise' from Xenz

Performing & Visual Arts

Put on your party shoes and join us to celebrate the opening of legendary UK street artist Xenz's new exhibition 'Paradise' at Nelly Duff!

Xenz's newest exhibition at Nelly Duff (the first in over three years) is a true feast for the eyes and senses. Prepare to become immersed in his version of paradise - from lush green forests pierced with sunlit beams to burning, dusky skies, permeated by his signature subject and lifelong obsession - birds of paradise.

With the events of the past year and a half still very much in mind, this immersive escape is a soothing balm for the untravelled eye. Here you only need to look around the room to find yourself in a tropical unknown paradise, untouched by humans and almost dreamlike in their composition. Trees blend into one another, streaks of gold lick royal blue backgrounds and you find yourself wondering where imagination stops and sky begins.

As the days get shorter and we tentatively enter Autumn, embrace one last flush of true tropical paradise - feel the heat on your skin and the parrots in your eyes through Xenz's visual array. No need for SPF.

Please be sure to RSVP as spaces are limited. The evening will, as usual, be well lubricated by our friends at London Fields Brewery and their excellent beers - cheers!
